Planned as an urban second home that can be used by friends and family while providing a source of relaxation and recreation, this ultra-small studio apartment teaches organization smart usage of space & clever design. Every square foot in this house is absolutely invaluable, hence the design of this one-room setting, allows the homeowner to configure the same common space into the bedroom, living room or dining area over the course of the day simply by transforming furniture. Equipped with a hide-away sofa bed and extending dining table that not only space saving but also adds to the flexibility of the tiny apartment. The dark veneered shelves reinforced by tinted mirror below the flat screen television double up as storage units, and, the white wall adjacent to the plush leather sofa-bed add that touch of richness amidst the neutral backdrop. A couple of shelves leads the way into a tiny open kitchen. The heavier matte black laminated top shelves sit harmoniously above narrow leaved elm laminated bottom unit shutters that are light & cheerful. The trendy bed comes with bed side storage all mirroring the curved post formed laminated plywood recessed handle shutters.A spacious closet and smart lighting gives the illusion of a floating sleeper.

A chic combination of black and white is used throughout the home to ensure that each space flows into the next. An entryway with a view of the small balcony, that offers a tiny retreat to introduce a open bar for cityscape sips. It does not relegate aesthetics to the backdrop as the tiny apartment is draped in a coherent black and white color scheme that exudes understated class. A retractable fitting allows the flat screen TV to tilt, ensuring that you can enjoy it from a perfect angle whether you are dining or are cozily tucked away in your bed. The black mirrored backsplash offers contrast and showcases the Quartz countertop that terminates with a tall unit. This floating bar unit encases backlit glass shelves that can be accessed through a Murano glass shutter. A striking grey feature wall simply hides away the necessary electrical conducting, displays curvilinear lines that breaks from the slatted rhythm.

The open bar also extends the living space visually to bring in plenty of natural light. Wooden flooring and olive upholstered seating add inviting warmth to the space reducing the visual fragmentation. The result is a clean, minimal interior where the TV feature wall faced with white grained polished black marble against the light Danish oak wooden floors help shape a cheerful and elegant ambiance. Sleek dark pendants drop above the bed offers soft reading lights in the perfect contrast to the neutral backdrop. Bathroom walls are sheathed in vitrified concrete tiles that flaunts the striking book-matched diamond patterned vitrified flooring that will give anyone tile Envy!
